To be honest, I don’t like walnuts. But, I have used the VBN recipe and subbed Walnutti for VBN, and I love it! It really does taste like walnuts, but with the 3tsp it is perfect for a cake. If you love walnuts, use a tsp or two more. A friend of mine chops up walnuts and puts in the Bundt pan before the batter, and it gives a nice crunch to the top of the cake once inverted.
